All the cosplay pics from San Diego Comic Con have got me wondering what a So Weird cosplay would look like. Do you think anyone has ever cosplayed as a character from So Weird What would make a cosplay from So Weird recognizable?

This is actually really difficult, considering none of them have a trademark fashion sense or anything like that. Fi and Molly have the rings, Irene has her cellphone, but that's right about it. Annie and Fi have had some interesting hairstyles, but this is coming from someone born in 2001, so I don't know if everyone wore their hair like that in the '90s.

I think if you were going to cosplay Fi, you'd need to carry around a laptop (or a fake one, made out of cardboard or something) with you with her website logo on it. Maybe you could create a Phillips-Kane jacket to wear, too, or a shirt like the ones that the roadies wear. But I just don't know if there's an "iconic" outfit on the show.

A 'So Weird' cosplay could work if it is a whole group. With Fi, her family and friends. Also, include some of the things Fi encountered such as the banshee, the , etc.

They don't really wear outfits that stick to your mind! I have however wanted to do a Fi cosplay but I dont have bangs! But it would just be long brown hair with bangs, a choker, thumb ring, some shirt with a logo on it, and a cardigan. And can't forget a laptop!

I never thought about doing a cosplay as a group. That makes sense!
Can you get pin-on bangs? Haha. Yes, a choker and thumb ring are both essential.

Could always buy a long haired wig with bangs and then style it yourself. Or find a wig that is already styled into a ponytail with bangs.

Do you think anyone has ever cosplayed as a character from So Weird What would make a cosplay from So Weird recognizable? I am currently in the process of planning out a So Weird cosplay. I agree that a group cosplay is best for representing the So Weird fandom, but I am trying to put together what I can to portray Molly Phillips. I have already purchased a wig that I feel is an appropriate color; I intend to straighten it and style the bangs properly. And I also have a ring on the way. I'm not sure what to do about clothing, but I am thinking either simple black pants and a black shirt that reads "Life is SO Weird," or a dress similar to one Molly wears in Encore, or black pants and a violet button-down shirt similar to what she wears in the episode Fathom. I really wish I could share pictures, so that I could receive opinions and feedback.

Hi All! I am so happy, because finally, I went to Famous Monsters Convention in Dallas this weekend and cosplayed as Fiona Phillips. My choice of clothing is inspired by Fiona's outfit in Banshee. I bought the clothes, and a celtic knot ring. For my hair, I spent 45 minutes flat ironing it so that it would be straight like Fi's, and I bought clip-in bangs, since I myself do not have any. I enjoyed representing the So Weird fandom, even though no one at the convention knew what that was. I also took a fan picture at the Dallas Aquarium, dressed as Fiona Phillips. This photo is inspired from the "So Weird-Colored" fan art (created by GiveMeTears) that has been shared to the forum. Yes, my "Bricriu" is just a flash of light from my camera reflecting off of the glass, but when I saw the photo, I loved it and just had to turn it into a fan picture!

I went to Vancouver recently, both for adventure and for the purpose of So Weird Cosplay. Here is me, dressed as Fiona from the episode Mutiny, by the Fisgard Light House on Vancouver Island.

Your cosplay of Fi is spot on!
If anyone cosplayed as Annie, they could carry around a stuffed panther!
