If anyone is in Oregon (or willing to travel), the Spirit of Halloweentown happens every year and might be worth checking out.
Halloweentown was filmed in St. Helens* and the city celebrates it all month. They decorate and dress up, have weekend family activities, guided tours, lighting the giant pumpkin, brew tastings, and a parade to kick it all off. *Some notable Twilight scenes were also filmed there and they celebrate that too but this isn't a Twilight forum.*
Anywho, this year for the 25th anniversary Kimberly (Marnie), Joey Zimmerman (Dylan), Emily Roeske (Sophie), and Phillip Van Dyke (Luke) will be in attendance on the weekend following the official premiere date of the movie.
AND!!! In the years since I've been covering the event for the So Weird tumblr, this is the first year that Jon Cooksey and Ali Matheson (writers of Halloweentown and So Weird showrunners) will be part of it.
Ali will be in person and Jon is noted to join via Zoom.

I saw a "double feature" Halloweentown DvD, at one of my local stores, the other day, but it was for Halloweentown High and Return to Halloweentown. NOT the ones that Jon Cooksey & Ali Marie Matheson worked on, so I scoffed at it and called "not the good Halloweentown" LOL

Last year the DVD set of the first 2 movies - the good ones - was priced at $5. This year everywhere I looked had it for $7. I don't know how much of the price increase was due to inflation or Disney upping it for the anniversary, but it might be worth the price. Apparently D+ has issues with aspect ratios and Halloweentown is one of them. 🤷
