Fi thinks a strange man that ran Molly's bus off the road may be The Angel of Death, with an important message for Fi about a local farm girl.

Was it legal for Fi to donate bone marrow? This website says that the age minimum is 18, because it's a voluntary procedure and guardians can't give consent. Has the policy changed?

hmm not sure if those same laws were prevalent during 1998. I know that it can happen between siblings..I believe... hmm

Was recently pointed out to me - since Gabe had a bone marrow transplant, she can expect very early menopause (like at age 20) due to the impact of killing her immune system before the transplant. So if she ends up with Jack in happily-ever-after land, do you think they should have kids (well, probably only one, given the likely age cutoff) Adoption would be difficult, because of the increased risk of health complications from transplant. I just don't know. Jack's a very responsible sort. I could totally see him being a great dad one day. I think he could do it that young, easily, if he could afford it (and Molly really ought to be quite wealthy, btw, but that's a separate issue). But would he want to? Would Gabe? She definitely seemed to want to travel. Possible with kids, certainly, but easier without. I just don't know if I think it's something they'd both want.

I just saw this one today and it creeped me out, but it also had a really epic ending. Am I the only one who ships Molly with Gabe's dad? The scene where almost ran down the angel scared me, along when he pops up out of nowhere outside the bus. Zack on the podcast asked who played the angel, that would be Keith Martin Gordey. Great acting from everyone. I also love how Molly puts her feet up on the deck fence, made herself quite at home there (another fuel to my ship). Easilly my favorite episode of Season One.

Man... that scene where the angel jump scares on the bus brought me waaaay back... I remember that being so scary back when I was a kid. That and the flashback tunnel of light scene.... I remember that so vividly like and it’s crept in and out my subconscious for years... I’ve always been a big fan of long deserted hallways, I love including them in my my artwork and photography, even road a song about a dark hallway. I think that scene really influenced me!

I was terrified of this episode when I was a kid. Now I think it's sweet. I wish that Jack and Gabe could have had a slow burn romance rather than such an instant one, but I know they only had twenty minutes.
