I have no idea if such a thing exists, but it seems like the sort of thing that might have been on an official website back when. Has anyone seen a map of the US with the location of each (non Hope-Springs) episode marked by a "point" or pushpin? Including fictional towns? Particularly for season 2.

I have not, but I can probably make one! I just have to watch through the episodes that I don't remember the locations of.

Sounds like a great project! The map would also have to include Canada, as "Fathom" is set in Vancouver.

Wait, really? ... I have to thoroughly rewatch the episodes to look for clues to where they take place. For the most part, they hardly ever outright say what town they're in in the given episode. So far, it's kinda tricky.

I've been practicing with making posters/book covers/other random media things on photoshop just to practice with basic graphic design... maybe I will try to make a tour poster for Molly Phillips. XD
After Canada though. I'm leaving for LA the day after Christmas, then going to Vancouver on the 28th. Won't be back home until January 8th.

Also, if you pause in "Mutiny" when Fi is looking the symbol, you can see some places and dates. I can't make them all out, but got these: Carson City, Nevada - April Helena, Alabama - May 1 Brewster (I think MA) - May 16 Rockdale - May 30 Los Angles, California - June 10 (this matches pretty darn closely with the days Ryan has been logged, but not with the September date on the fax) San Francisco, California - June (I think 15) Portland, Oregon - June 18 Olympus, Washington - June 21 Maryland --- Virginia - July -- -- Florida - July 27 -port, Kansas

We should start slowly, just from episode 1 and then carry on. We could make a nice poster with the map

The last time there was a series stream I tracked the locations. My initial thought was to create a map of the US and route the tour, but:
- some of the places were made up - some cities did not specify states (and when I googled, discovered that there were multiple states with that city as a name within them)

Your message gave me some energy so the last week I watched the entire Season 1 and took the name of the locations. I plan to carry on with the next season when I finish a few things! It´s gonna be interesting!

Great. So, are we going in production order or airing order? What order were the episodes aired in in other countries? I have a preference for production order, but even if we use airing order, "Fountain" (from season 2) has to be moved. Unless we're just doing spot on the map without labeling order (that gets murky if you include season 3, since you're mixing at least two different tours). Or a separate map for each season?

Personally, I think production order makes the most sense because the locations would be aligned based on how the writers thought of them and set the story. To me, production order is script order.
Air order is however Disney decided to use the finished product, without regard to the original story ideas.

But honestly I just watched the episodes with the "downloaded" number. I don´t know if is the production order or the air order. Im watching them in English so the latin airing order doesn´t really matter. If you know what´s the production order please tell me, so I can see if is ok or not. Thanks!
