So, I've remastered the studio versions and been re-editing the Disney+ rips to get the best version of this soundtrack. I'll be posting them all here (including some bonus mixes and ideas I tried) Volume 1 (Season 1 & 2)
CD 1 - Download
"In The Darkness" (In The Darkness Is The Light) Written by Jon Cooksey Composed by Annmarie Montade Performed by Mackenzie Phillips
01 In The Darkness (Theme Song) This is the short version recorded for the opening. It contains only a small bit of the verses and is faster than the original version.
02 In The Darkness (Original) This is the version seen on the official music video and on the episodes "Web Sight" and "Singularity". Background vocals are slightly louder and it goes for a more "creepy" vibe.
03 In The Darkness (Revamped) This version is just a small remix of the original version, it has some guitars added to it and was used from season 2 and on. As seen in "Second Generation" and "Encore".
04 In The Darkness (Bricriu's Lyrics) This version is a mock up done by Bricriu in "Destiny", the lyrics are the only real change.
"More Like a River" Written by Jon Cooksey Composed by Brent Belke Performed by Mackenzie Phillips
05 More Like a River (Acoustic) Played at the end of "Memory", also known as the Jon Cooksey's key version. Said to be the first song recorded for the show, this version features different vocals from the other version.
06 More Like a River (Piano) The first season 2 version of the song, seem in "Oopa" and fully acoustic as the other versions. This is the version that was featured on Jon Cookesey's CD.
07 More Like a River (Guitar) From "Encore", this version shares the same vocal track as the piano version.
"Rebecca" Written by Jon Cooksey Composed by Annmarie Montade Performed by Mackenzie Phillips
08 Rebecca (Guitar) Seem in "Rebecca", this is the PKB version of the song. It seems to share the same vocal track as the piano version with the exception of some "oohs" on the intro.
09 Rebecca (Piano) Also from "Rebecca", played on the show as a revamped version for Molly's solo career. This version is not fully acoustic, counting some electric guitars. It's unknown if the guitar version shares them.
10 Rebecca (Acoustic) This acoustic version was featured on "Siren". Originally believed to be a live recording until it was shown on Jon Cooksey's bootleg CD from the show.
"Lorena" Written by Rev. Henry D. L. Webster & Joseph Philbrick Webster Performed by Mackenzie Phillips
Bonus 1 - A TV-Rip of the acoustic/live sung by Molly on the show.
"Star-Dot-Star" Written by Jon Cooksey & Neil Turkington (& Scott Meyer) Composed by Ken Williams Performed by So Weird Cast
Bonus 2 - Star-Dot-Star (Jingle) From "Simplicity" credits, this "gremilin" version has the original jingle lyrics.
Bonus 3 - Star-Dot-Star (Redemption) Seem in "Simplicity", this is the cast version of the original jingle.

14 Another World (Mackenzie Phillips) Molly's solo version performed on "Encore". This version is a mix with Steele's version intro and end, making it look like a studio version.
"Rick's Melody" Composed by Terry Frewer 15 Rick's Melody (Mix) A mix of various versions of the song, mainly the electric guitar and full mix from "Encore" and the acoustic version from "Medium"
"Questions" Written by Jon Cooksey Composed by Annmarie Montade Performed by Jewel Staite
16 Questions Featured on "Siren", the siren song and one of the few original songs that were not performed by Mackenzie Phillips.
"Little Good-Byes" Written & Composed by Kenny Greenberg, Kristyn Osborn & Jason Deere Performed by SHeDAISY 17 Little Good-Byes A licensed song, but performed in "Listen" with the band as special guests.

Great work with re-organizing the fan edition with the studio recordings. I noticed "Misery" by the Moffats seemed to be ripped from the Youtube video. If interested in the album version in Flac I found a link online. If this isn't allowed please delete the post just wanted to contribute. Looking forward to season 3.

I found this cool sounding "demo" version of More Like A River. It was uploaded by the same youtube user that leaked the studio versions so could be real, not just a cover. I don't think it's been posted here before, at least I coulden't find it.

It is real, wish it hadn't leaked so publicly. It was given to fans by one of the writers, he also gave the acoustic version of the song.

I do have the original mp3, I can send it to you. I just like to avoid posting them around, trying to keep them from leaking too publically.

I will update some of these before posting S3 edits. As soon as Disney+ is up I'll get someone to rip the audios from the episodes with music and re-do everything.
