En route to Tulsa, the gang stops in a town where aliens crash landed the previous night and have repressed everyone's memories.

I rewatched this recently and ended up liking it a lot more than I remembered. The question of whether Fi was really trying to help these people or just trying to satisfy her own curiosity was appreciated because it's a valid one and I feel like bringing it up here led directly to the next episode where she really did do some good by finding Bigfoot and then keeping him a secret even though her whole mission is about discovering and revealing the truth.

Memory and Sacrifice (the Bigfoot episode) are two of my very favorites in season 1. BTW, I think Fi always tries to help people. Satisfying her own curiosity is like a bonus she gets for doing so. The memory loss was happening to people she loved as well as those she just met, so I'm pretty sure helping them was her 1st priority. =)

Yes I agree ^ In almost all the episodes she is being brave by putting herself in the unknown to help strangers basically.

I posted this in the Rare Pictures thread, but I thought I'd share it here, as well. This tweet has since been deleted.

My favorite part of this episode is the warm lighting + all the sweat on all the actors--they really went the extra mile selling this town as one that's just drowning in heat. Makes me thirsty just watching it!

I wasn't a huge fan of this episode, but I did love the fight between Jack and Fi.
Jack: "Why do you insist on looking for trouble?"
Fi: "Why do you insist on finding a swimming pool?"
Jack: "It's hot!"
Fi: "Exactly!"
It was hilarious! I also liked the sweet moment between them in the end as well.
My brother and I have conflicting views on the little boy. I find him really annoying and my brother finds him hilarious.

Lots of funny things in that episode like the lemonade bandits, Clu cracking the egg, suggesting Molly worked on that "unplugged set." Oh and then being all "I hit the bed by 6pm" and Molly's like "Way to earn your paycheck, !" LOL. Cole "sometimes I stay up until 8:30000" LOL. His mother is savage, with just one bullseye she "fear-beams" evil southern belle loud enough to cause an earthquake. She might as well have said "...and I will cut you!"

Memory is so nostalgic for me because this is one of the episodes I remember catching on the Disney Channel, back when it aired, so it holds a special place, in my heart. I feel like this is another great episode to show where this show can take its audience. Between ghosts, a guardian father, aliens, etc. This show is just, all over the place, and I love it!
