Once again listing the episodes in production order (want to match my season 1 poll). So many episodes; it's difficult to choose a favorite. I really enjoy so many, from the arc-centric to the standalone. I mean, "Medium" is fantastic for Molly and her feelings about Rick and Fi's feelings and I like Candy and I like Jack's protectiveness. "Mutiny" is a standalone, but I like having some focus on the Bells and just enjoy the ep. I adore Ryan from "Second Generation" and enjoy seeing how cute he and Fi are together. "Strange Geometry" is good for the ; Fi doing what's right despite the cost, and then the angst later. I enjoy the Molly/John dynamic, too. 'Destiny" has some great stuff, too, and some good laughs.

My favorite episode from Season 2 is Banshee. My heart breaks every time Fiona pleas with the banshee to spare her grandfather, and they comply, upon realizing that Fi's father died before his time. I also love it when Molly sings "The Rock" to her father, and the emotions on his face while he listens. Molly has known loss, and I think it would have broken her if she lost her father before making things right with him. Also, I also recently introduced my sister to this show and Banshee was the first episode we watched together. She, too, cried during the end of the episode.

Season 2 is so hard to pick a favorite from because so many of them are that good. Im going to refrain from making my selection for now. I thought about saying "Encore" because it combines so many of the elements about So Weird that I love- the amazing music, the emotional dialogue, and deep storylines. I like that it has the entire cast in it and I especially love how Irene goes to bat for Molly. But then again, since it features clips from about 15 other episodes, I sort of feel like its cheating I can easily identify my least favorite though and that has got to be . I can't stand Astrid, I hate seeing everyone turned into vegetables, and I especially don't like that Astrid dare attempts to cross NUS!!!

Season 2 is definitely the strongest in the series. So many strong episodes. Encore is one of the few shows that could actually make a musical episode work. The reason being that it was actually relevant to the story, and show. All of season 2 was leading up to it. And you get a full version of In The Darkness.

My vote is Encore. Everything is just so awesome in that episode. Molly's opening monologue (which is probably my favorite opening monologue of the entire series...), all the music, the storylines... all the other episodes are also great, but this one just blows the rest out of the water for me.

While Banshee is my top favorite episode from season 2, Twin and Encore are also favorites of mine. Altogether, they are my top three from this season. In Encore, I love that Molly has a chance to have deliver the opening to the episode, and her music is wonderful. I love the flashback scenes during her performance of "In the Darkness," because it sums up how far the characters had come in the series, and how much the Bell and Phillips families had been through together. I also loved it when Molly tried to offer a small measure of comfort to a very sad Fiona by singing "Another World." It is a very genuine and touching moment when she says, "this is for you, and your dad." From Twin, I love the closure that Fiona receives when she finally gets to talk to Rick. Although sad, she seems more at peace when she finally gets to say goodbye to him. I cry every time Rick appears and pulls Fiona safely back up onto the rooftop.

Encore and Twin are two of the best episodes in the series, partially because the entire series was leading up to those episodes (With the obvious exception of the ending rewrite to Twin). I prefer to watch those two episodes back to back (vs Encore, Transplant, then Twin), because then it like a two part finale to the original So Weird. If you then add Lightening Rod, it's like a 3 part finale to Fi's storyline (especially since Lightening Rod was aired only a week after Twin). I even watched all 3 tonight back to back to back.

Something about S2E10 "Oopa" just attracts me (though, most of S2 is just so well put together, but I digress). IMO, I think Fi was the only one to activate the Oopa, as not even Tad Raxall could get it to work. I'm sure him and the other folks asked it questions with their thoughts, but it only responded to Fi. Not to mention it "calling out to her". Just my personal opinion 🤷♀️
