At a rest stop, en route to Niagara Falls, Annie buys a mysterious Native American stone from a man name Ziegler and learns the hard way that the stone causes bad luck for its owner… and sends people in a time loop. The events of the day continue to repeat themselves until Annie helps the girl engraved on the stone reconnect with her twin sister.

Watched this one a few days ago. Pretty light fare, emotionally, but an entertaining little ep, anyway. Perhaps the most unique thing about it among time-loop episodes of various shows is that Annie never learns Carey is nearly hit by bus. She wants to break the timeloop so they can escape, but her "fix its" are Molly spilling garbage and Jack's shaken soda. And she decides to let the last one go after he's rude. That keeps the episode lighter in tone that it might have been, but also kinda like a wasted opportunity for drama. I did enjoy the reactions of and Carey to the bus. Up until the last time, it's always who's more upset. Or at least who shows it. On the second-to-last-time, seems like maybe Carey''s intentionally downplaying it to make his dad feel better. Also, last time reaction is funny.
