Hi, all!
I found this website through IMDb. I'm not a member but I checked the SO WEIRD board after finishing the first two seasons of the show. My name here is "White Raven" and I'm 24 (old lady alert) from the United States. I chose that name because I once saw a white raven (or crow) in my backyard. Prior to that sighting, I never knew white ravens existed and the experience has really stayed with me for some reason. I hope to see my white raven again someday, since he hasn't shown himself since.
Thankfully, that is the only "weird" thing that I've seen in my life. That and (when I was younger), I saw a green THING shooting across the sky at night. It happened outside my bedroom window and I wondered what I'd seen for the longest time. Finally, I found out by researching that green shooting stars existed, and the images looked identical to what I'd seen. Pretty neat! I thought.
Regarding weird things: I've been interested in cryptozoology (mystery creatures) since I was a child. Shows like Monsterquest fascinate me and leave me curious. SO WEIRD is an amazing show as well. I recently discovered it and began watching two episodes per night or every other night on YouTube. Love the show! Is it possible to feel nostalgiac for something you never watched as a child? I believe it is, since it happens to me sometimes, as it has with SO WEIRD.
Just finished the first two seasons and the first two episodes of season three. I adore the main characters and some of those with less screen time. Love the acting, music, stories and mostly everything! Other (CURRENT) shows I love are: Game of Thrones, Once Upon A Time, Breaking Bad, Under the Dome and...(hangs head)...Finding Bigfoot on Animal Planet! It's goofy, I know, but funny. :-)

Sorry for the novel BTW. Didn't mean to so much at once! Some of the supernatural stuff creeps me out, so I prefer cryptids, which essentially are animals that haven't yet been discovered or misidentifications. Unless of course ... they're something else! >.> Alien/UFO sightings are also interesting.

Ah the IMDB post, glad you found it. *sigh* You're still younger than me, forever the oldest. This is the first i've heard of a white crow existing, I would love to see one. Bet it was amazing for whatever little time it was there. I've never seen a shooting star of any kind either. A green one sounds cool. Hell yes cryptozoology! I started in it when i was young and my dad had a collection of books that was insane to read as a kid. Had pictures of creatures and talked about eye witnesses. Love me some Monsterquest too. I had only been a casual watcher before then rewatched recently and just have just become obsessed with all things So Weird, so it makes perfect sense to me. Another Oncer! You missed my Rumplestilitskin/Bricriu sig, but i got a gif with both of them up. Welcome, I'm glad you joined!

It was quite a surprising sight, CROD! I've been very fond of ravens/crows ever since. I think it may be a once in a lifetime sort of sighting, so in a way I feel lucky to have seen it. If you're interested in seeing one for yourself, look at my profile avatar and go to Google images. Searching for "white raven" brings up many pictures.
Nice to see another cryptozoology fan. Monsterquest was a great show. I wish it was still on TV. Whoever narrated that series had the perfect voice for the genre. Thanks too for the welcome, and EXCUSE ME? Did you say Rumpelstiltskin/Bricriu signature? I would LOVE to see that. Those are two of my favorite fictional characters! I'm sure my being a big Bricriu fan is evident from my signature, quoting him :-)
Also, if I may be so nosy to ask ... how old are you? Apologies if that's none of my business!

That GIF ... . That made my entire night, thank you! I LOVED Rumpel's face during that scene and instantly thought of him when BDPJ (Bricriu dash possessed Jack) said his name wasn't Rumpelstiltskin. WILL O THE WISP is one of my alltime favorite episodes of SO WEIRD. I just love it to pieces. Seriously, I have been staring at that GIF for probably 2 minutes now. :-) 26? HA! ...That's just a baby. You're not old! :-) If interested, here is a white raven video I found on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oujqWi5FkX0

Will o the Wisp is one of my favorites too. As soon as that part came on when on a rewatch, I knew I had to make the gif. Glad you like it, heres the dig with a Bricriu quote. Hehe then I just feel it. Crazy looking, was wondering how close they'd actually get to it. Pretty close. It's like they spent the day hanging out with it.

Bricriu always has the best quotes, doesn't he?
BTW, that signature is amazing! I might just have to steal it ... joking but it's really great. You made that?

Thank you. I love the quote from that wise little spunkie and thought I'd display it in my signature. Anyone here feel free to use it if you'd like to BTW.

Yay a new fan of the show! It makes me really happy to hear that people are still discovering the show and falling in love with it. Sounds like you have some pretty weird stories, too, and that's awesome (and slightly freaky lol). I'm so glad you found the forum; welcome!
