Hey everyone! My name's Emily.
I don't remember exactly when our cable company picked up Disney Channel, but it was definitely before new Fi episodes of So Weird stopped airing because I remember seeing the behind the scenes look at "Twin" and being so bummed out when Fi left. I watched pretty much every episode of Fiona's seasons, and at least some of Annie's (but I haven't watched Annie's season since it went off the air, so I'm not sure exactly how many I caught).
I've always been interested in paranormal stories, but I don't believe like Fi does. I do think that there has gotta be some other intelligent life out there in the universe, though.
Though the supernatural stuff is what got me to watch So Weird, I kept watching for the Phillips family. I didn't outright hate Annie, but the show didn't feel the same without Fi and a focus on the Phillips. I think I only kept watching in the hopes that Fi would come back.
I watched a lot of Nickelodeon/Disney when I was younger, and So Weird still stands out as my favorite show overall. No other show made me feel the way So Weird did when I watched it. It was comforting, sad, and a little scary all at once.
I'm 23 and from Kentucky. I'm currently going to grad school to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. I'm a fan of: Harry Potter, Doctor Who, the Nancy Drew PC Games, UK basketball and football, and the Cincinnati Reds, just to name a few things. I also love to travel, go to the movies, and spend time with my family.

NANCY DREW PC GAMES. YES. That, Doctor Who, UK football, and Harry Potter make you one of my favorite people ever. I haven't played all the games but I am slowly collecting them.

YAY for another ND game fan! =] filovesmelikecheese2 is a fan, too (she goes by rep in the livestream). That's great that you're collecting them all. I started playing them when the third or fourth game was released, so I've just been buying each game as it comes out. I can't wait for the next one! I'm preordering, for once.
Oh, I should've explained that UK football doesn't mean United Kingdom football but University of Kentucky (American) football.

You trick me with your football references. haha So scratch that football reference but the rest of them stay. Those games are pretty hard at some points! I've been playing the one where she goes to Ireland (19 I think). I'm at the end under the castle and getting out is taking forever. Then again I kind of marathoned the game in a day and now I'm too tired to finish it. Haha

Are you doing the chemicals puzzle?
There are definitely some difficult ones. My sister made fun of me for a very long time for playing Nancy Drew, but she got into playing them recently (hooray!) and she's started to realize how tricky they are sometimes.

I think I finished the chemicals part but it took forever to figure out how to do it properly. Now I'm in the other puzzle thing. I forget what it is because it's been a bit since I looked at it. My little sister has also started playing them. Sometimes we'll both be playing and it's hilarious to just hear us yelling from room to room about the hard things and finding hidden clues and such. I was not a Nancy Drew book fan because I thought she was annoying and always getting poor into trouble but I LOVED the Hardy Boys. I've enjoyed the crossovers with them in it for the games and I have one of the Hardy Boy games that was made. (I admit I love it even more because Jesse McCartney aka JMac does the voice of one of the brothers.)

I liked the ND books when I was younger, but I didn't keep up with them. I think we have about 20 of the yellow covers in the basement. I haven't read them in ages, though!
I've never read any of the Hardy Boys series and haven't played the spin-off. I don't mind having them in the games, but I don't look forward to them being in there, either. The Frank/Nancy undertones in the conversations are kind of fun, though.
