Yes! Halloween is my second favorite holiday, right after Independence Day! XD I don't really think I have plans yet. It falls on a Thursday so I might as well be stuck inside watching the new episode of The Vampire Diaries, assuming it doesn't go on hiatus after the 4th episode leaving me dead for eternity. (Okay, I'm being dramatic. I love that show, okay? XD)
I might join my sister with taking my niece trick or treating again... who knows? This year is really weird. At least, the last five months have been...

Sounds like fun. I don't watch Vampire Diaries but sometimes I like to catch an episode or two just to see Damon.

I love Halloween! Unfortunately, I'll be busy with fieldwork during the day and I have a class at night so I can't really do anything. But the class is a Gothic Lit class and we get extra credit for coming in dressed as a Gothic character for Halloween so that should interesting.
I kind of really miss being able to go trick or treating though. Especially since Halloween was cancelled last year because of Sandy.

The best holiday of the year.I'll probably be working, but if not I might head up to Salem if it's not too crowded. And yeah, trick or treating was the best!

I too miss trick or treating! There are no young kids in my family so it's been a very long time for me. My grandma used to sew my costumes by hand when I was a little girl. They were so cute!

I love Halloween!! And the whole month of October. Also love it cuz my birthday is near it. I still dress up haha. In High School I would go trick or treating though now in college I..don't lol. But I'm hoping to go to a haunted house or do something while dressed up. Last year I was Once Upon a Time Belle. I usually like the scary face paint but what do you know, I was a princess lol. This year I'm currently making a Disney Belle outfit (the blue one).

I'll be home alone drowning my sorrows in candy my mom had bought for trick or treaters but brought back home for myself because I'm a fatty and candy never betrays you.

Candy is the best, Chris! We're all going to miss you around here. Oh, and happy October 1st, everyone.

Costumes! I dunno what to be this year. Something scary. Halloween has lost some if its horror factor over the years. Let's bring it back.

I think about that all the time (Halloween losing it's horror factor) yet I never put my mind into a scary costume... just silly ones.

I've been guilty of that too in the not so distant past. At least make an effort to scare someone that day, and read scary stories to younger relatives. That's my plan anyway.

With the uprising popularity of zombies, I actually think the scare factor is still here ha.

God, I hate zombies. >__>
I will avoid zombie movies like the PLAGUE. Don't understand the appeal at all.

I've already got my Misty costume ready... so maybe I'll zombify her a bit.... or zombify some stuffed Pokemon dolls...
